In a bowl put frozen raspberries and let thaw. In a large bowl add pears, 3 tablespoons sugar, ½ cup brown, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons flour. Toss together. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour raspberries over pears and mix together.
Mix topping ingredients together. Pour over fruit mix. Place in oven and cook for 20-30 minutes until fruit is bubbly and topping is crispy. Try with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt or freshly made whipped cream.
