Meet the Store Director
Saul Evanoff started working in natural food stores in the Boulder area in 2004 and has been with Lucky's Market since 2015. He grew up shopping at co-ops and small natural food stores with his family in the mid-west and fell in love with the North Boulder store during the first visit. He loves the community here in North Boulder and is excited to the lead the team here at the store. When he's not working, Saul enjoys running, hiking, gardening, and spending time with his wife and their five kids.
