Chad grew up in the dish pits and lift lines of Park City, Utah, working for the ski pass. He found his passion for great food and wine while managing a restaurant in Livingston, Montana. After grinding it out in the bar and music promotion business, he found his true home in the natural foods industry and ultimately landed in Missoula. He loves spending time with his wife and daughters, and taking advantage of the kid friendly community in town. Whenever possible, you can find Chad stuffing his face with chicken and waffles.
