Jenn is originally from Irvington, NY where her passion for food all started. At 12 years of age, she was slicing deli meat and stretching pizza dough in Manhattan at her father’s delicatessen and pizzeria. She graduated on a soccer scholarship from Keene State with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s in Science. After teaching third grade for four years, she decided she needed to get back to her original roots in the food industry.
Her next move led her to East Haven, CT to manage a family restaurant, where she met her husband who was the Executive Chef. They have now been married for 11 years; living in Italy for two of those years and owning the SAME delicatessen Jenn’s father owned growing up for five years. Together they have two young, active little boys. Lino is 7 and in first grade, and Luca is 3. Jenn and her family spend time playing sports outside or walking down Main Street, USA in Disney.
Jenn started her career path at Lucky’s just over three years ago as the Culinary Manager at the Naples store. She was promoted last February to Assistant Store Director and has now reached a goal of hers in becoming Store Director. When asked, “Why Lucky’s?” Jenn responded with “I love the culture of Lucky’s. I love being a part of the growth of this organization. I love what we stand for and what we believe in. Where else can you sell good food, have so much fun, and collect a pay check all at the same time?”
