A: Lucky’s Rewards is our exciting new program that enables you to collect points for every purchase you make, and then redeem those points for fantastic rewards. In addition, all Lucky’s rewards members will receive personalized coupons, access to punchcard rewards, digital copies of receipts, a shopping list feature, and so much more!
A:Signing up is as simple as downloading the ”Lucky’s” mobile app from either the Google Play or Apple App store. You can also signup from the Lucky’s website at www.luckysmarket.com/register.
A: When at the cash register, simply tap on “Checkout” from within your mobile app, and your phone will present you with a personalized Lucky’s barcode. When prompted by the cashier, simply scan the barcode on your mobile phone to earn points, discounts, and rewards for all the qualifying items in your transaction. If you do not have a smartphone, a printable barcode can be found by logging into the Lucky’s website and then printing out your shopping list.
A: Punchcard rewards can be earned by purchasing products a certain number of times, to earn either free products or discounts. If a digital punchcard reward is available, simply scan your Lucky’s Rewards barcode at checkout each time you purchase a qualifying product. For example, if you are participating in a “Buy 10, Get 1 Free” punchcard reward, you will be able to track your progress from within your Lucky’s Rewards account each time you purchase a qualified product and scan your barcode at checkout.
A: You can always view a list of the available deals and rewards from within your mobile app or from the Lucky’s website. New deals and rewards can appear at any time, and some may be unique to a particular Lucky’s store location.
A: To activate a coupon you must first add it to your shopping list by tapping the “plus” icon on your Lucky’s Rewards App, or via the Lucky’s Market website. Once you are ready to checkout in store, simply tap on “Checkout” from within your mobile app, and your phone will present you with a personalized code for the cashier to scan. All coupons that you have added to your shopping list will then be instantly applied.
A: After you’ve earned a reward, simply tap the “Redeem” button and the reward will be added to your shopping list. The next time you click “checkout” and scan your ID all of the available rewards will be instantly applied to your transaction.
A: If you aren’t able to download our mobile app, you can login to our website from any desktop computer and print out your “shopping list” which will include your Lucky’s Rewards barcode. Take this printout into your local Lucky’s store and scan your available barcodes to apply any rewards or coupons you previously added to your shopping list online.
A: If you attempt to redeem a reward via our mobile app or on our website, but then that reward is not scanned by the cashier, the reward will become available again within 24 hours and your points will not be affected.
A: It may take up to 24 hours for your qualified purchases to show up as points or punchcard rewards within your account. If after 24 hours you believe there is an error please use the “Support” button found within the navigation panel on your mobile app, or send us a note online by selecting the “Lucky’s Rewards” option within the drop-down menu on our Contact Us page.
A: If you are using our mobile app simply tap the “Support” link from within the main menu to contact our Lucky’s Rewards customer service. If you prefer to contact us online you can choose “Lucky’s Rewards” from our drop-down menu on the Lucky’s Contact Us page.
