Something BIG is coming!

We listened, we’ve heard you, and we’re on the same page. So we’re whipping up a new Rewards program, launching this fall! In the meantime, while we transition, some things do have to change. Starting August 1st, 2019, points will no longer be earned for purchases. We appreciate you, and we appreciate you hanging in there with us while we create the next big thing!


We are excited to announce that we are rebuilding our Rewards program and App and re-launching our program later this year! Don’t worry, Lucky’s Rewards Members will see personalized coupons, points for purchases, punchcard rewards, digital copies of receipts, and many more new features in our new program!


Starting August 1st, 2019 Members will no longer earn points for their purchases. Any rewards earned prior to August 1st, 2019 may redeemed until November 1st, 2019. But don’t worry, you’ll see a similar feature available in our new program this fall!

A: To activate a coupon you must first add it to your shopping list by tapping the “plus” icon on your Lucky’s Rewards App, or via the Lucky’s Market website. Once you are ready to checkout in store, simply tap on “Checkout” from within your mobile app, and your phone will present you with a personalized code for the cashier to scan. All coupons that you have added to your shopping list will then be instantly applied.


A: After you’ve earned a reward, simply tap the “Redeem” button and the reward will be added to your shopping list. The next time you click “checkout” and scan your ID all of the available rewards will be instantly applied to your transaction. Any rewards earned before August 1st, 2019 will be redeemable until they expire on November 1st, 2019.


A: If you aren’t able to download our mobile app, you can login to our website from any desktop computer and print out your “shopping list” which will include your Lucky’s Rewards barcode. Take this printout into your local Lucky’s store and scan your available barcodes to apply any rewards or coupons you previously added to your shopping list online. Any rewards earned before August 1st, 2019 will be redeemable until they expire on November 1st, 2019.


A: If you attempt to redeem a reward via our mobile app or on our website, but then that reward is not scanned by the cashier, the reward will become available again within 24 hours and your points will not be affected. Any rewards earned before August 1st, 2019 will be redeemable until they expire on November 1st, 2019.
