2 pounds Beef top sirloin steak
1 18 oz bottle Woodstock organic original BBQ sauce
3 Russet potatoes sliced into French fry strips
1 pound Lucky’s Market Kale & Brussels slaw
Place steak in baking pan and cover with BBQ sauce. Place in fridge to marinate for 30 minutes or more. When ready to cook turn grill onto medium-high heat. Place steak on grill and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes a side or until desired doneness is achieved. Brush with BBQ sauce as steaks cook and before flipping.
Slice potatoes from tip to tip width wise and lengthwise to resemble French fries. Place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and salt. Place fries in a mesh grill pan and place on grill. Cook for approximately 20 minutes until tender. Flipping them every few minutes as they cook.
Serve steak with potatoes and kale & Brussels slaw.
