Beef Meatloaf

Ingredients

Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs – Lucky’s lean ground beef

1 cup – fresh bread crumbs (approx. 2 slices of bread pulsed in a food processor)

1 – egg

1 – white onion (small dice)

1 – small red bell pepper (small dice)

1 1/2 teaspoon – sea salt

1/2 teaspoon – black pepper (ground)

1/4 cup – Lucky’s ketchup

1/2 cup – half & half

Sauce

4 Tablespoons – cider vinegar

4 Tablespoons – brown sugar

1/2 cup – Lucky’s ketchup

Instructions

1. Combine Meatloaf ingredients and mix thoroughly.

2. Place into a loaf pan and smooth the top.

3. Combine sauce ingredients and coat top of meatloaf.

4. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for approximately (1) hour, or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.

5. Allow meatloaf to rest for (10) minutes before serving. Enjoy!
