1. 6 bratwurst sausages
  2. 1 jar (14 ounces) sauerkraut
  3. Russian or Thousand Island Dressing
  4. 1/2 lb smoked in-house pastrami
  5. 6 slices of swiss cheese
  6. 6 hoagie buns


Cook brats in skillet or on grill over medium-high heat.
Preheat oven to 350°. Spread Thousand Island Dressing over cut sides of buns; top with cheese, bratwurst, pastrami and sauerkraut mixture. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
