• 6 bratwurst sausages
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced, then halved
  • 1 jar pickle spears
  • 1 white onion, diced finely
  • green relish
  • yellow mustard


Cook brats in skillet or on grill over medium-high heat.
Place bratwurst in bun. Wedge 2 halves of tomato on one side of brat and 1 pickle spear on the other. Top with relish, onion, and yellow mustard.
