Citrus Quinoa Dip

Ingredients

8 oz – Roasted Artichokes

1 – jalapeno (Roasted, seeds removed)

2 – Lemons; zest from 2 and juice from 1

4 oz – Quinoa cooked

3 oz – celery (diced)

4 oz – Braised Kale

4 oz – Mayonaise

4 oz – Hummus

Instructions

1. Mince artichokes and jalapeños.

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well and serve.
