Coconut Orange Chocolate Macaroons

Ingredients

2 – egg whites

1/4 tsp – salt

14 oz – sweetened condensed milk

14 oz – coconut chips

1/2 tbsp – orange extract

1/2 tbsp – orange zest

1/2 tbsp – vanilla paste

1 cups – bittersweet chocolate chunks

Instructions

1. Mix first 3 ingredients and extracts in mixer. Put in coconut and chocolate. Let sit overnight.

2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

3. Scoop with ice cream scoop onto parchment lined sheet pan.

4. Make sure batter is tight within the scoop. Use hands to lightly press back together if it falls apart a bit. Bake at 300 until golden all over, approx. 20 min. Let cool.
