Extra Energy Smoothie

Ingredients

1-1.5 cups – almond milk

1 cup – frozen blueberries

1 cup – spinach (compressed into cup)

1 – banana

1 tablespoon – chia seeds

Frozen strawberries

Splash of Kefir

Instructions

Mix these ingredients together in the blender until smooth. Drink the smoothie at home, or put it in your water bottle to carry with you.
