Fruit Salad

4 cups watermelon, cut into pieces
1/2 cantaloupe, sliced and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 bunch red seedless grapes
2 cups pineapple, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 6 oz container blueberries
1 6 oz container blackberries
1 pound strawberries sliced

Fruit Salad Dressing (this works for approximately 12 cups of fruit)
Juice from 2-3 limes
1/3 cup honey (or less)
2 tablespoons chopped mint

Slice off the top third of a watermelon. Scoop out the insides of the remaining two-thirds watermelon shell. Cut the scooped out watermelon into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Clean the insides of the watermelon to use as a bowl. Make little cuts to form triangles all around the outer edge of the watermelon, or cut whatever design you prefer. Cut the cantaloupe in half. Scoop out seeds. Cut cantaloupe into slices and then cut again into bite-sized pieces. Add to bowl with watermelon. Add blackberries, blueberries, and grapes. Cut pineapple into bite-sized pieces and add to bowl. Slice strawberries and add to bowl. Add as much fruit or as little as you like. Slice mint and add to fruit. Mix honey and lime together to your liking and drizzle over fruit. When ready to serve, pour fruit salad into watermelon bowl.

When you make this, you can use whatever fruit is in season, whatever you have on hand, whatever mix you prefer.
