Ginger Sesame Ahi Tuna & Summer Salad


4 4-6 oz pieces Ahi tuna steak  (1-1.5 pounds)

1/3 cup soy sauce / tamari

1/2 -1 teaspoon ginger

1/3 cup sesame seeds


Turn grill onto medium high. Mix soy sauce and ginger together in a bowl. Place sesame seeds on a plate. Place each ahi tuna steak in soy sauce mix and then press into sesame seeds until entire steak is covered. Place on grill and cook for approximately 3 minutes a side or until desired level of cooking is reached. Tuna can be eaten slightly rare or pink on the inside. Slice tuna and serve with salad.
