package (approximately 2 pounds) boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 12 oz bottle organic BBQ smoky maple sauce
3 peaches cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tomatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
3 avocados peeled and cut into-bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup feta cheese
Place chicken thighs in a dish and cover with half the bottle of BBQ sauce. Cover and place in fridge until you are ready to cook them (or start cooking right away). Turn grill onto medium-high heat. Place chicken thighs on grill. Make sure they are covered in sauce. Cook for approximately 5 minutes a side.
Cut peaches, tomatoes and avocados into wedges and then into bite-sized pieces. Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with feta cheese. Place on plate with chicken. Drizzle salad with balsamic glaze.
