Grilled Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 loaf Lucky’s Market sliced sourdough bread

1/2 pound Lucky’s original gourmet bacon

2 tablespoons butter or olive oil

4 tbsps. Drew’s roasted garlic and peppercorn  dressing

2 cluster tomatoes sliced

1 jar Divina roasted peppers

1 8 oz Lucky’s Market bar Colby Jack cheese

1 head red leaf lettuce

1 7 oz package Applegate black forest ham

Instructions

Grilled cheese with ham and roasted peppers: Turn stove to medium heat. Spread butter or olive oil on the outer sides of two pieces of bread. Place slices of Colby Jack cheese on the inside. Layer ham on top of cheese and roasted peppers on ham. Add another layer of cheese and close sandwich. Place in skillet. Cook until bread is light brown on the outside and cheese is melted on the inside.

BLT: Turn stove to medium heat. Place bacon in a skillet and cook, approximately 4-5 minutes a side. Remove and place on a paper towel lined plate. Slice tomatoes and wash lettuce leaves. Spread butter or olive oil on the outer sides of two pieces of bread. Place bread, buttered side down on a clean skillet. Cook until bread is light brown on the outside. Remove bread from skillet. Drizzle with garlic and peppercorn dressing on the inner sides of bread. Then layer with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. Layer two or three times if you like a bigger sandwich. Serve with watermelon and grapes.
