Made In-House Gourmet Burgers with Corn on the Cob & Sweet Potato Fries


4 Lucky’s Market Gourmet Beef Burger

4 cobs of corn

1 bag Alexia Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Seasoned Fries (frozen)

1 Heirloom tomato sliced

1 Avocado sliced

2 Tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Turn the grill onto medium high heat. Husk cobs of corn and brush corn with olive oil. Place burgers on grill and cook approximately 6 minutes a side or until they are cooked to your preference. Place corn on grill and rotate every 3 minutes.

Turn oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place fries on a cookie sheet and place in oven. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, flipping fries over part way through cooking.
