Made In-House Gourmet Burgers with Grilled Veggies


4 Lucky’s Market gourmet beef burgers

1 package Udi’s gluten free hamburger buns

1 bunch red leaf lettuce

1 sweet onion, peeled and sliced in rounds

1/4 pound Lucky’s Yellow American cheese sliced

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

2 zucchinis

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 orange bell pepper, sliced

1 pound red or green grapes


Place grill on medium high heat. Cook burgers for 2 minutes each side and then turn heat down to medium (medium-low) and cook for another 3-4 minutes a side until desired doneness is achieved. Just before burger is finished cooking, place slice of American cheese on burger to melt.

Slice onion into rounds. Trim ends off zucchini and slice lengthwise. Cut peppers into wedges. Brush all veggies with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place on grill. Cook approximately 3 minutes a side or until desired tenderness is achieved. Brush hamburger buns with olive oil and place on grill for approximately 3 minutes until toasted.

Serve burger on grilled bun with lettuce and grilled onion. Add tomatoes or condiments as desired. Serve with grilled veggies and grapes. Enjoy!
