Mama’s Energizing Trifecta Smoothie


1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water

Handful of ice cubes

1 banana (frozen is best)

1/2 – 1 TB. spirulina

1/2 – 1 TB. maca

1 TB. raw cacao powder

1 TB. almond butter

Few drops of stevia


Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy the energy!
