Morning Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 cup – of a liquid—almond milk or juice

1/2 cup – of yogurt or kefir

1 – banana

1 cup – frozen fruit

1 tbsp – chia seeds

1 tbsp – hemp seeds

A handful of spinach or kale

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend ingredients together, pour into a bowl and ad your favorite toppings.
