• 1 pound unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar


  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients thoroughly
  2. Place a 12-inch sheet of plastic wrap onto a table or clean workspace. Using a rubber spatula, spoon the compound butter onto the center of the plastic wrap
  3. Pull the bottom portion of the plastic wrap up over the butter and start rolling, forming a log shape. Close the ends of the plastic wrap and let the butter set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
