Pear & Raspberry Crisp



10 Bosc pears peeled and sliced

10 oz frozen raspberries

3 tablespoons sugar

1/4 – 1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons flour


1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup brown sugar

2 cups old fashioned oats

1 teaspoon vanilla


In a bowl put frozen raspberries and let thaw. In a large bowl add pears, 3 tablespoons sugar, ½ cup brown, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons flour. Toss together. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Pour raspberries over pears and mix together.

Mix topping ingredients together. Pour over fruit mix. Place in oven and cook for 20-30 minutes until fruit is bubbly and topping is crispy. Try with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt or freshly made whipped cream.
