Pigs in a Blanket & Watermelon


1 package Lucky’s Market uncured beef hot dogs

1 package Immaculate organic crescent rolls

1 package Lucky’s Market sliced Colby Jack cheese

1 seedless watermelon, sliced and rind removed


Turn oven on to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place crescent roles on a baking sheet. Slice hot dogs in half. Run a slit lengthwise in the half piece of hot dog and wedge a piece of cheese into the slit. Roll dough around hot dog. You can also slice hot dogs in half and then lengthwise in half again, so you just have a quarter piece of hot dog in each roll. For variety, you can also make some rolls with just cheese. Place rolls in oven. Cook for 14 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.

Slice watermelon into wedges. Remove rind and cut watermelon into smaller, bite-sized pieces to serve with crescent rolls.
