Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

2 cups – canned pumpkin puree

1 12oz can – evaporated milk

1/2 cup – brown sugar

1/4 cup – white sugar

2 – eggs

2 teaspoons – cinnamon (ground)

1 teaspoon – ginger (ground)

1/4 teaspoon – nutmeg (ground)

1/4 teaspoon – cloves (ground)

1/4 teaspoon – cardamom (ground)

1 9″ – deep dish pie crust

Instructions

1. Combine pumpkin puree, beaten eggs, evaporated milk, sugars and spices; mix thoroughly.

2. Transfer the pumpkin batter to the pie shell.

3. Place pie onto a parchment lined baking pan and place into 325 degree oven.

4. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the center is ‘set’ and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

5. Allow pie to cool for (2) hours before serving. Enjoy!!
