Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk

1 cup filtered water

1 cup plain organic canned pumpkin (unsweetened) (or fresh pumpkin)

1 banana

1 cup frozen mango

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1/8 tsp. allspice

1-inch fresh ginger

2 cups spinach

Instructions

In a high-speed blender, combine almond milk, water, pumpkin, banana, mango, spices, and spinach until creamy.
