Tortillas (corn or flour)

Shredded cheese

red and yellow peppers

optional: ham, shredded chicken (shown in photo)


1. Turn the oven to 350 F

2. Choose between corn or flour tortillas. Sprinkle shredded cheese of your liking over the tortillas and place in the oven. Cook until cheese is completely melted.

3. Remove tortillas and fold in half. Cut into smaller triangles to serve as an appetizer.

4. For something more than cheese, sauté ham and some red and yellow peppers, and add to the melted cheese before you fold the quesadilla.

5. For a crispier tortilla, sprinkle the cheese on a tortilla and fold it in half. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a frying pan. Place the tortilla in the frying pan. Heat on both sides for approximately 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
