• 2-3 Zucchinis
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional:
    • Parmesan Cheese
    • Sauce of your choice

Okay, to really make veggie noodles work, you may want to invest in a spiralizer. Basically, a spiralizer can turn any vegetable into spaghetti or something resembling noodles. Or, in a pinch, just cut your zucchini lengthwise into long thin slices.

  • To eat your “noodles” heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add noodles and cook for five minutes until they’re tender. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and parmesan cheese or top it off with a sauce made of sautéed garlic, halved cherry tomatoes and basil. Of course, any spaghetti sauce will do, too.
