- 10 small parsnips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons Chinese five spice
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, honey, and spices. Add the parsnips to coat evenly.
