1 lb – salmon fillets (skin on)
1/2 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – garlic powder
1/2 tsp – lemon pepper
2 tbsp – fresh lemon juice
Heat a large cast iron pan or griddle over medium heat, no need to grease it.
Season your salmon – first squeeze lemon juice, then sprinkle with seasonings.
Place salmon on your griddle, skin side down, and cook for 5-10 minutes. Be careful not to bump fillets too much or the skin will stick to the griddle.
Salmon is done with the skin pulls off easily and fish is easy to pull apart with fork. Remove salmon and serve immediately.
