Swordfish Steaks with Cherry Salsa


Swordfish Steaks

4 swordfish steaks approximately 4-6 oz

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 container Lucky’s Market grab-n-go cherry salsa

Red leaf lettuce salad with cherries, pecans and goat cheese

1 head red lettuce

1/2 cup pecans

1 cup cherries pitted and cut in half

1/2 cup goat’s cheese

Salad Dressing

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 garlic clove, minced

2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil


Turn grill onto medium-high heat. Brush swordfish with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook for approximately 5 minutes a side, until fish turns opaque white. Serve with Lucky’s cherry salsa.

Wash lettuce. Rip leaves into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add pecans, cherries and sprinkle with goat’s cheese.

Mix dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad. Serve salad with swordfish. Enjoy!
