Tortelloni with Broccoli and Prosciutto


2 9 oz packages of Lucky’s Market Tortelloni (made with romano, parmesan, asiago & ricotta cheese)

1-2 teaspoons Lucky’s Market garlic salt

1-2 teaspoons Lucky’s Market Oregano Leaves

1-2 teaspoons Lucky’s Market Crushed Red Pepper

1 head broccoli, divided into florets

4 cloves garlic

2-4 tablespoons olive oil

2 2oz packages Proscuitto

Shredded Parmesan cheese


On stove, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes. When it’s cooked, remove from heat and strain out water.

While pasta is cooking, mince garlic and chop broccoli into florets. In a skillet on medium to medium-high heat add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add minced garlic and broccoli. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.

Also in a skillet on medium-high heat, cook prosciutto until crisp. Remove from heat, let cool for a minute and break into pieces.

Mix broccoli, garlic and pasta together. Drizzle pasta with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt, oregano and crushed red pepper to your liking. Add prosciutto pieces and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Buon appetito!
