1 14 oz – can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 – jalapeno (seeded)
3 – whole cloves
1/2 – orange (zest)
1 8oz – block of cream cheese
1 – pinch of salt
1. In a small sauce pan combine cranberry sauce, jalapeno and cloves – simmer for 10 minutes making sure to keep stirring the cranberry mix so that it does not burn.
2. Add zest and a pinch of salt and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
3. Remove mixture from heat and remove the jalapeno and cloves.
4. Once the mixture has cooled to room temperature pour it over the cream cheese. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
