Wild Salmon Burgers with Fruit Salad & Tortilla Chips


4 Lucky’s Market Made In-house Salmon Burgers

1 organic cucumber, sliced

1/2 fresh organic pineapple, diced

1 6 oz container organic blueberries

1 bunch organic cilantro

1 organic lime

1 bag Forager tortilla chips


Cook salmon burgers on a skillet on medium heat for approximately 4 minutes a side. While salmon burgers cook, slightly peel cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and then cut halves into quarters. Dice each quarter into bite-sized pieces. Cut half of a fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Place cucumber, pineapple and blueberries together in a bowl. Add half cup of cilantro and mix together. Drizzle with fresh lime juice from one lime. Serve salmon burgers and salad with Forager organic vegetable chips.
